Gift Hope to a Widow

It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year. If you don't believe it, walk into any grocery store, shopping mall, or other public place during the holidays and you're bound to hear Andy Williams among others reminding you to be of good cheer.

But for those who have lost a loved one, the holidays can also be the most lonely and painful time of the year.

At GHF Sisterhood of Grief, Happiness, and Friendship, we know that fostering friendships through encouragement, hope, and positive healing energy for widows is crucial to the healing process. On February 1 through February 5, we will be hosting a Disney Retreat for Widows at Disneyland Resort's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

If there is a widow on your Christmas list, consider gifting her this very special retreat. If you would like to sponsor a widow, donations can be made at ghfsisterhood.com. For your gift or donation, a very special woman will enjoy delicious food catered by the Grand Californian Hotel Chefs, listen to inspiring speakers, indulge in great shopping at Downtown Disney, and unwind and have fun with other widows at the Disney Parks. At GHF Sisterhood of Grief, Happiness, and Friendship, we believe that No Widow Should Walk the Grief Journey Alone. Your gift or donation will provide the means for creating new friendships and gathering support.

The price for this incredible package is $1,089 per person for four guests in a two-queen room, $1,539 per person for two guests in a two-queen room, or $2,445 for a private two-queen room. Flight and park tickets must be purchased separately. Attendees will receive a discount for Disney park tickets.

While the holidays can be lonely and painful for those who have lost loved ones, your gift or donation can bring hope into what should truly be the most wonderful time of the year. Thank you for your kind and generous consideration.

From all of us at GHF Sisterhood of Grief, Happiness, and Friendship, we wish you and yours the Happiest of Holidays, the Merriest of Christmases, and the Happiest of New Years.
